Due to the recent increase in inquiries, and because each custom piece is thoughtfully crafted based on the recipient’s intentions, we would like to share the following

Follow these seven steps，

to create a bracelet full of natural energy:

  • I -Style Preference

    - Do you have a preferred style, color scheme, or material?

    - Reference images may be provided, but 1:1 replication is not available.

    - If you have a specific crystal in mind but are unsure how to incorporate it, our designers can assist.

  • II -Intention Preference

    - Do you have a specific intention or goal you wish to address? If yes, please share your birthday "DD/MM/YY"; if not, this step may be skipped.

    - Examples include career success, inner peace, or attracting a meaningful relationship.

  • III -Inner Concerns

    - Are there any recent challenges or persistent thoughts you seek to resolve?

    - If not, this step may be skipped

  • IV -Sincerity & Deposit

    - After the initial consultation, a budget will be confirmed, and a 30% deposit will be required.

    - The deposit is non-refundable after final confirmation but may be applied toward other purchases.

  • V -Product Detail Design

    - Confirm wrist size and the number/size of crystals required.

    - Discuss preliminary design proposals. Once confirmed, the design will be refined or adjusted.

    - Direction may be revised at this stage (note: certain high-quality crystals cannot be replaced).

  • VI -Design Review & Finalization

    - Based on the initial proposal, details will be polished according to your needs and aesthetic preferences. Once confirmed, the piece will be prepared for shipment.

    - The remaining balance is due upon final confirmation.

    - No changes to the design direction are permitted at this stage, and the deposit is non-refundable.

  • VII -Delivery

    - Before shipment, we will inform you of the bracelet’s compatible energies (compatible environments/uses) and contraindications (e.g., exposure to water, sunlight, etc.).

    - The bracelet will be cleansed upon completion. Deep energy charging is available upon request.

    - As this is a personalized custom product, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
